By now, we have all seem the images of the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Sympathy is great, but now is time for action. If you are outraged by the government's slow response or moved by another's plight, step up! Get involved, contact your representative, make a donation, do something.

With that in mind, BlackLiterature.com has a challenge for you. For every community member that makes a donation through Network For Good, we'll send one also. Make a tax deductable donation via their website and forward your email receipt to me. If 1500 people send donation, we'll send a check for 1500.00. Got it? Spread the word.
